either way – we didn’t do it till after – because I couldn’t finance in my own name – now I did though – I waited 3 yrs to do it. make sure to get it in the papers – and have it be specific the time frame – and what happens if she doesn’t! References :

What ever the both decide. Than the time frame is stated in the papers. I had five years to refinance.
