Where is the best place to find real estate investors?

Our company is in FL, but we are also planning to expand to NC, CT, CA, TX, NY & WA.
In this economy, nowhere – there is no rental demand – especially in Florida – you won’t have any tenants or rent income to cover the mortgage, taxes and expenses

Hopefully you have a good business plan. You should be able to articulate it well. Attending trade shows or trying to give a presentation to members of a church or a particular community may give you a larger audience.
