@vention4wh I have … @vention4wh I have to say sometime “church folk” can be the most gullible in the world and some of them look for a easy buck in the wrong places… I saw on youtube check it out “RingoTV” when pimp pastors prey on simple congrgation and tell’em God has a blessing for you if you sew x amount a dollars to this church….ha con artist and I can sniff them a mile away
Youtube…. RingoTV HD Pretty funny stuff
@neanam
Ya and … @neanam
Ya and it’s not just the clergy. I’ve heard several stories about fast talking visitors to churches who put on all the appearances of being pious & also “happen to be investment organizers” who just toss the money from the dumb sheeple into a ponzi scheme. Then when the con is over, he skips town. Those parasites know that as soon as they say “Jesus” 20% of the congregation will believe him and hand over their hard earned money.
@vention4wh Yep, I … @vention4wh Yep, I agree I’ve seen so many so-called pastors and preachers dupe millions from blind sheep in their congergation…bamboozle them everytime…
@neanam
Nope, I’ve … @neanam
Nope, I’ve also known some really cool Christians who were fun to hang out with. In each case they earned my trust and respect with actions rather than words. When some dork just starts blabbing about Jesus and how trust worthy he is because he’s a Christian, that’s when I keep one hand on my wallet. Entire congregations of trusting Christians have been duped out of huge sums of money by those parasites.
@vention4wh Really? … @vention4wh Really? well you have every right to feel that way…..As for your co-worker stealing then he was obivious wasn’t living for Christ…but why you wanna box all christian in the boat as thieves? The bible speak of people who call themselves followers of Christ but lead double lives…
@vention4wh There … @vention4wh There has been a slow dissolution of reality and common sense. The soft conditioned mind did succumb to the advertising that instead of humans we are consumers. The very reference to humans as consumers should appall us. A created illusion to enslave and “ensure” the rich become richer from the facade they layed before the people. The sheer repetition forced into the ordinary American’s mind lead them to believe they TOO could be super stars. Buy into the fakery -they did
@RenegadeTimes
… @RenegadeTimes
True indeed. 11 years ago when I bought this place I was profoundly disgusted by how everyone was buying things they couldn’t possibly afford. They were buying suv’s & hummers that nearly totaled their yearly income. I felt sick and disgusted by that kind of insanity. Since I’m a social outcast anyway and since it’s pointless to try to impress anyone, I went frugal, kept debts down, and bought a condo rather than bankrupting myself on a house. Now I thank God for those choices
@neanam
Whenever … @neanam
Whenever anyone flings his “faith” around and blabs about how honest he is. I always keep one hand on my wallet just to make sure it doesn’t go missing.
@neanam
I’ve … @neanam
I’ve discovered that when people start blabbing about God all the time, about 30 percent of them are criminals or con artists. One of my fellow mechanics back when I worked as a diesel mechanic at Rollins leasing comes to mind. He was always blabbing about God this and Jesus that and all the while he was doing side work and ripping people off badly. One day he even puled one of his private jobs into the shop and worked on it while he was on the clock. They fired him.
@RenegadeTimes
My … @RenegadeTimes
My mortgage is at 2700 and will be paid off next month. I know it’s almost certain that my home will lose value but there is an upside. My expenses will be so low that I could make ends meet bagging groceries or doing under the table diesel mechanic work. I’m a big fan of security and having a home that’s yours free and clear makes it difficult for anyone to kick you out of it. If I were renting, a couple months of not paying the rent would put me on the street.
i think they are … i think they are lowering rates this extreme because they are suckering as much buyers as possible before the prolonged selloff from late 2010 to 2015
I’m not on board … I’m not on board with everything Peter Schiff stands for but one thing is for sure.
If you’re renting…continue to do so. If you can sell …sell and then rent.
Putting trust in your jobs or the market it suicide at this point.
Critical thinking please.
@jlee4520 Lol, I … @jlee4520 Lol, I guess that wont be a bad idea…yeah Im kinda skeptic also but the guy might be right being he saying he is a man of God I guess we are a few dayz away the august 9/10 tsunami come true!
Im kinda new to the earthquake predicting game so I guess he sound a bit more credible to me since….we shall see if he a fake or not
Rumor has it, that … Rumor has it, that Obama might lower the refi bar soon. Lots of peeps can’t qualify for a refi at lower rates. The rub is, the loan may change from a non recourse to recourse loan, and the benificiary couldn’t be disputed. This means, you just couldn’t walk away, and guess who the IRS works for? Morgan Stanley published a report just last week saying such a plan could pump 45 Billion into the economy and the Govt wouldn’t have to borrow a cent. Holders of GSE’s are very nervous.
Well on one hand … Well on one hand you can pay a landlord or on the other hand you can pay a mortgage. Or perhaps live on the streets… yes it sucks being in debt… but the nice thing is push come to shove you can always abandon the debt just like everyone else who can no longer afford to stay in homes they over paid for. Owning a home is a lot of work in itself along with the maintenance and the cost of major repairs breaking some people… there are no great options. Landlords get foreclosed too, then what?
@neanam I am a … @neanam I am a skeptic of course. If the tsunami hits next week like weatherbill is predicting then I’ll believe his earthquake prediction. I heard wayyyyyyyy to many predictions and only 1.5% of them ever come true.
Maybe I can buy a partially damaged home after the quake?
@jlee4520 check out … @jlee4520 check out weatherbill7 channel he will tell you the whole run down of the mega-quake…according to him AZ will have a coast.
hey d, i got a … hey d, i got a notice from a credit card issuer recently that as of sept’10, they will be including (mandated by canadian law) a line-item on each monthly statement that calculates “time to repay” (in years)! their fine print conditions are actually fairly conservative and the max number they will show you is something like 80 years. i think this number is gonna freak-out alot of folks when they see things like 20yrs, 62yrs, etc…. we’ll c….
