Its always so very …
Its always so very dramatic for these people and the loss of their home for whatever reason. I believe that since the Broker was an easy target to get the brunt of the blame thats where the finger gets pointed.Like everybody elses comment READ THE CONTRACT!, everybodies question in a refi is “whats my payment” even at the signing table “whats my payment”. Bottom line the loss of their home was inevitable with her husband out of work and not earning an income.

You will go down in history as the empire that DENIED the GENOCIDE of the FIRST CHRISTIAN NATION of the WORLD, The Armenians, while you conspired with the JEWISH BANKERS to defraud the world — the same JEWS who had JESUS CHRIST CRUCIFIED. Americans, you torture and kill in the name of democracy and freedom. YOU are an ABOMINATION.

There are good lenders out there. Unfortunately there are also predatory lenders that roll the dice that by the time bad fortune befalls someone they will have already collected principal and a massive amount of interest. It is more common with credit card banks.
