I will say it out loud, I love what I do and I cannot imagine doing anything else…
I grew up in the Puget Sound area. I have lived, worked and have played all over the region. I grew up in Kent and Auburn and have lived in West Seattle, Ballard, Magnolia, Capital Hill, Tacoma and now I live in Snoqualmie Ridge. I have worked in Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Tacoma, Puyallup, Bremerton and now on Mercer Island.
Real estate and working with others to fulfill their home ownership or investment dreams is my passion… Whether I am working with a first time buyer or a seasoned investor, my drive, passion and goals are all the same. Again, I love what I do…
Working with buyers, sellers, investors and business owners is very gratifying and I am honored and grateful to get to share the experience with my clients. Buying a home is a huge achievement and for most, their home is the biggest investment they will ever make. For Sellers, selling a home is a transition to a new chapter of their life as usually something significant has taken place. For Investors and Business owners, working with them means they are growing and building greater wealth either investing in additional real estate or expanding their business.
I started my career in Real estate in 2004 when I was presented an opportunity to go to work for a wholesale mortgage bank. That opportunity was my introduction to real estate. As a wholesale account executive, I worked directly with mortgage brokers, credit unions and banks selling mortgage loans. I assisted brokers, bankers and loan officers on qualifying, structuring and packaging mortgage loans. In 2007 as the housing market was about to adjust itself, I became a licensed agent and Realtor. I started my Real Estate career with Keller Williams where I had great success. In 2009 I earned a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation and graduated from the University of Washington’s Commercial Real Estate Certificate program. In 2010 I earned and received my Certified Resident Specialist (CRS) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Designations. Both of which, less than 5% of Realtors hold. In 2011, I earned the (CIAS) Certified Investment Agent Specialist Designation(CIAS) and the Certified Negotiation Expert(CNE) designation. I was the #1 RE/MAX Broker for the Pacific Northwest in November 2011. In January of 2012 I joined my brother Chase at Coldwell Banker Bain to start Costello and Costello. I am currently a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Seattle King County Association of REALTORS, Council of Real Estate Specialist and the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council
I have a lot of pride and grateful for my experience and knowledge of the market I live in. I am a true believer in education and knowledge. Knowledge is power and I my goal is to share my experience and knowledge with my clients, my neighbors, and my friends to better navigate and strengthen their position. A Real Estate Broker with the skills and knowledge is needed more now than ever before…
